Cowork Frederick here in Frederick, MD. We've been open since 2012 and somehow fell off the visa listings. We're in a historic building in a walkable downtown and currently have 80 members. Last year we finished an expansion and now have 3 coliving apartments used by college teachers, students on internships, and contractors for local businesses and government entities, to name a few.
