The Hive is a co-living place located in Bucharest : Strada Constantin Bosianu (between Parcul Carol and Palatul Parlamentului) and is designed to host the new generation of creative minds, such as entrepreneurs, digital nomads, freelancers, musicians, artists… We are for a community of 10 people, both Romanian and foreigners and we are looking for new residents. We are working on a monthly rent system (minimum stay of 1 month), but the most part of our members are staying in the long term. We all have private rooms (btw 220€ and 300€/month) and we share the common spaces. These prices are including also all the facilities: - Common spaces (living room, kitchen, laundry room, working spaces, outside terrasse, bathrooms, dining room, balconies) - Cleaning services in the common spaces - Wi-fi - Access to a community of cool people
